- ➤ Spartanburg County Council is weighing a tax incentive that would lower TigerDC's property tax rate from 10.5% to 4% for the proposed $3 billion data center at Tyger River Industrial Park North. Residents remain concerned over noise and water usage + the vote is set for Feb. 16. Go Upstate
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ State health officials reported 13 new measles cases, raising the outbreak total to 933. The department will offer free MMR vaccinations at Zion Hill Baptist Church (Feb. 13, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and Grace Community Church (Mar. 3, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.), urging vaccination. Spartanburg.com
