On March 10, SC Department of Public Health announced two new measles cases in Spartanburg County, bringing the total to 993.

Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System’s agreements with Aetna end on April 15, affecting both commercial and Medicare Advantage plans.
Officials advise patients with Aetna Medicare plans to switch options by March 31 to avoid higher out-of-pocket costs and encourage contacting a broker or Aetna for help.
