- ➤ A Spartanburg County man, 34-year-old Charlie Jay Pettigrew of Rogers Bridge Road in Duncan, was arrested Tuesday on three counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor after investigators received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children — he faces felony charges with up to 10 years in prison on each count — and his case will be prosecuted by the attorney general's office.
