ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ One person died early Sunday morning in a wreck at the intersection of West St. John and Stevens streets in Spartanburg County—coroners said 24-year-old Mark Girgorchuk of Inman was pronounced dead at the scene. WSPA
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ South Carolina remains the only state without a law against revenge porn as lawmakers work to pass a bill that would make the act a felony—this new measure carries penalties of up to $5,000 and five years in jail. The House passed the measure unanimously on April 22 and it is now in the Senate Judiciary Committee with six days left in session. The Post and Courier
