- ➤ Country singer Randy Travis will perform his More Life Tour on Saturday, May 23 at 7:30 p.m. at Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium (385 N. Church St.), where his longtime touring band and vocalist James Dupre will join him to play his hit songs. Spartanburg.com

- ➤ NorthMark data center, under construction off S. Pine Street near the old Kohler plant, will begin the first stage in the third quarter and create around 150 jobs, adding millions in tax revenue — while the state reviews its request to expand power generation. The Post and Courier
- ➤ According to Census data, four Upstate communities in Spartanburg + Greenville counties rank among South Carolina’s fastest-growing cities with Woodruff adding 868 residents at a 16.8% growth rate.
