GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Spartanburg County Council passed an ordinance Monday night that fines breeders without a license who own more than 25 animals — the rule sets fines of up to $250 for the violation and up to $500 for selling dogs or cats on roads, at fairs, or on public property. Licensed breeders may keep over 25 animals, and some animal advocates have raised concerns about the rule. WSPA
