ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office said a motorcycle crash in Inman killed 48-year-old Sidney Brian Conard—South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash at the intersection of SC Highway 11 and Cannon Ford Road.  WSPA
  • A utility terrain vehicle overturned early Saturday on Neal Shoals Road in Union County when it attempted a left turn onto Happy Valley Road—one rider later died at the hospital while the other was injured, and authorities continue to investigate the accident.  WSPA
  • A motorcyclist lost control Friday evening on W.O. Ezell Boulevard while attempting to switch lanes and hit a tree in the median—witnesses reported—and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.  WSPA

  • At the BMW Charity Pro-Am held on June 7 at Thornblade Club in Greer, celebrity winners Ross Butler and Aaron Hicks — along with amateur champions Dan Picciano of Greenville and William Monroe — received their trophies in a tournament that showcased both local talent and stars from afar.  Go Upstate
