- ➤ A Spartanburg woman, 25-year-old Iyonah Breshea Bonds, was arrested Monday after she stole over $500 from a vulnerable adult over six months by using the victim’s debit card and identity—she now faces charges for exploitation, fraud, and misuse of financial information. WSPA
