- ➤ Hampton Heights Porchfest will return on Sept. 28 in the historic Hampton Heights neighborhood—featuring 12 bands, food trucks, merchandise, and a bike valet to enhance the free community event. Proceeds from merchandise sales will be reinvested in neighborhood improvements, building on a successful first year that brought thousands together. The Post and Courier
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Qualified nonprofits with 501C3 status—running home repair programs—can now apply for Duke Energy Foundation grants of up to $20,000 to fund repairs that enable homes to qualify for energy efficiency upgrades.
