Mabry Middle, and upgrade Prospect Elementary—while Spartanburg District 5’s $200 million bond will ease overcrowding with new middle, Duncan Elementary, and Byrnes Freshman Academy—without requiring a tax increase. - ➤ No new measles cases have been reported in Spartanburg since Oct. 31 and health officials credit fast quarantining at two local schools—34 people still remain in quarantine—to help contain the outbreak.
