- ➤ Bob Dylan’s Rough and Rowdy Ways Tour will come to Spartanburg and Asheville in April 2026. He will perform at the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium on April 20 and at the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium in Asheville on April 19 (tickets go on sale Dec. 12). WYFF
