Monthly Circle: Reconditioning Your Inner Beastie

Who is this for?

This is a safe space for deep processors. Non conformists. Neurospicy. Power seekers, HSPs, Multi channel creatives alike. Who want to feel more themselves. Connected and rooted. To their own unique power. With other humans. With life. With Spirit/Quantum/the Mystery.

Let's practice helping our bodies remember how to listen without words.

Procrastination, judgement (stories) about other people, avoidance, and other habits that block our joy - are just symptoms of sympathetic nervous system activation perceiving a threat. I call it Inner Beastie.

Beastie is just our subconscious conditioning. Activating into fight/flight, when there's no actual physical danger. Like Pavlov's dogs trained to salivate when there's no food.

We can clear these blocks, stories, and body resistance from our field.

What to expect.......?

First - somatic practices that call to ancestral, ancient memories of communing in circle:

• When we embodied trust in our felt sense of each other, before words were spoken.

• Before our bodies were conditioned into performing, conforming, and suppressing unique self expression, to be safe.

• Before 'mindset' suppressed intelligence the body knows first.

Then - guided practices to help you decipher and hear without judgment the messages your body wants you to know:

• Breath work; energy practices; meditative journeying; parts work; journaling; other exercises as may arise.

• No sharing is required. Although welcome if you desire.

What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing. Bring something to write on, something to drink after circle. Something comfy to sit on the floor. In some spaces fluids aren’t allowed.
