Craving more fluidity in your movement? This workshop dissects my unique approach to finding the slinkiest moves and transitions from head to toe box using sequences and curated prompts. Dive into the art of Slink and find seamless connections and fluidity, *All levels welcome!
3P: ‘Molten Lava’ (90 Mins)
This advanced beginner/intermediate workshop will level up your edgework on and off the ground. Learn how to move head to toebox while suspended in floats, glides, and leg holds adding texture and refined details to your flow and heelwork.
**Not for Beginners. 8 inch sandals recommended. Strong bracket/split grip and princess grip.
