About this event
Join Alix Refshauge, RYT 500, every Tuesday morning for a different mixture of Flow and Yin poses to help move into stillness. Share a tranquil morning with fellow yogis surrounded by TJC’s rotating exhibitions in our beautiful downtown arts space. All levels are welcome; please bring your own mat and props.
