- ➤ Several SC governor candidates have posted on social media after Greenville County teacher Wynne Boliek was placed on leave from Southside High School while the district investigates her post about Charlie Kirk's death—Pamela Evette, Nancy Mace, and Ralph Norman have all weighed in on the matter. - ➤ Special primaries will be held on Oct. 21 to fill a State Senate vacancy from Sen. Roger Nutt’s resignation and a State House vacancy after Rep. Bobby Cox suspended his campaign — four candidates will appear on each ballot.
